Mining Engineering

The Mining Engineering Option pathway aims to educate students to become reliable Mining Engineering graduates with skills and knowledge about mineral and coal extraction both on the surface and underground, and able to develop or apply mining technology and to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively, in terms of time , costs and risks. With these criteria, students are expected to be able to overcome challenges in the extraction of mineral and coal resources and be able to manage the development of mineral and coal resources based on good mining engineering principles.
